First Order of the Year for Fibresand
Fibresand International have received their first order of the year. Staff will be travelling 1500 miles to Moscow to mix 1400 tonnes of Fibreturf for a football field for the Otkrytie Arena. With a capacity of 43,000 seats the multi purpose arena has been constructed as part of Russia’s bid to host the World Cup in 2018. the stadium will be home to Spartak Moscow, one of Russia’s most successful football clubs.
Current temperatures in Moscow are around -13° but by the time our team arrive it should have warmed up a little to -3° (that’s positively Mediterranean!)
